Daniel recently graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law.
He received his B.A. from McGill University. At McGill, Daniel played scrumhalf for the Redmen varsity rugby team and completed an academic exchange at the National University of Singapore.
Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a marketing assistant for TumbleBooks and as the assistant director and head wilderness guide of an overnight summer camp located near Killarney Provincial Park.
During his legal studies, Daniel was a student ambassador of the Faculty of Law, a teaching assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution course, and a legal writing mentor for the University of Ottawa’s Legal Writing Academy. After his first year of law school, Daniel interned at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg for their litigation department. In his third year, he spent a semester abroad at Tel Aviv University.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys backcountry camping, running and barbecuing.
