Hailey received her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. Prior to entering law school, Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University.
In her time at Queen’s, Hailey served as a volunteer editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal, and as the inaugural Director of Communications for Juris Diction, the law school’s student newspaper. She was recognized with an award for her work as Co-President of the Queen’s Law Cancer Society, a role in which she raised a record breaking $14,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society through a dance fashion show that featured over 100 law student participants. Hailey has previous work experience in litigation, commercial real estate law, and personal injury law at legal firms in Toronto and in her hometown of Kingston, ON.
Outside of her studies, Hailey danced competitively for a number of years, and she performed with the McGill Dance Pack throughout her undergraduate degree. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing, music, and reading.
