Karen has completed her second year of studies at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to starting law school, she worked as a physical therapist at various hospitals in Toronto with an interest in stroke survivor rehabilitation.
During her time at Osgoode, Karen has been involved in competitive moots, Pro Bono Students Canada projects, and Osgoode’s Mediation Intensive Clinical Program. Karen has received the James Kreppner Health Law Internship in connection with her work in bioethics. She recently published her manuscript which investigated the effects of social determinants of health on the standard of care in paediatric medicine.
Outside of her studies, Karen enjoys camping, making crafts, and playing sports.
