PROFILE
Jacqueline is an associate with the firm's business law group and has developed a wide-ranging corporate commercial practice. She acts for clients on a variety of transactions, including general corporate governance matters, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and secured lending. Jacqueline has also advised clients with respect to commercial real estate and leasing matter and enjoys helping clients with the unique challenges they face.
Jacqueline received her J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where she was the recipient of the Frank W. Wilson and Marion Claire Wilson Memorial Scholarship in Constitutional Law.
She is also an avid athlete, and swam competitively at a National level and played baseball, squash and football for her alma mater.
