Robins practices in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on construction law. Robin has appeared in matters before a variety of courts and tribunals and has participated in number of alternative dispute resolution processes.
Robin has experience working with owners, contractors, sureties, engineers and consultants. She regularly deals with various types of construction claims including construction liens, trust claims, bond claims, delay claims, deficiency and poor workmanship issues. She is also a member of the Construction and Infrastructure Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
Robin completed her undergraduate studies at Brock University before attending Osgoode Hall Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a focus on litigation, dispute resolution and the administration of justice. Her graduate work at Brock University also focused on social justice and equity studies.
Robin joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and articled with the firm in 2011-2012. Robin was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
