Alexandra recently completed her second year of law school at the University of Ottawa.

Before law school, Alexandra studied criminology at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her interest in law developed through her involvement in advocacy efforts related to the passage of Keira’s Law, which sparked her interest in the intersection of law and policy.

At uOttawa, Alexandra has developed her advocacy skills through competitive mooting and negotiation. In her first year, she competed in the Nelligan Moot, advancing to the semi-finals. She later acted as a student coach for the Walsh Family Law Negotiation, where she led her team to a first-place finish and, together with a partner, received third place for best written plan. She has also been involved in initiatives focused on supporting youth in developing healthier relationships with technology, where she has strengthened her client-focused communication skills and experience engaging in sensitive contexts.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys traveling, discovering new cafés and restaurants, and spending time with family.
