Larry's practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial, industrial and retail premises. Larry regularly acts for a broad range of domestic and international clients, including pension funds, developers, governmental organizations, lenders, institutional investors, landlords, tenants and other real property advisers.
Prior to joining Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, Larry practised commercial real estate law in the Toronto office of one of Canada's largest law firms where he routinely acted as counsel in many of the largest national and international transactions involving Canadian real property.
Larry obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School where he graduated in the top 7% of his class and was the recipient of numerous awards for achieving the highest grade in several courses, including real estate transactions. Larry also holds an honours Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University's Faculty of Management, where he finished in the top 5% of his graduating class.
