Emily is an Associate in the firm’s business law group. She is developing a diverse corporate commercial practice.
Emily is a recent graduate of Western University’s Faculty of Law. She also earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph.
During her studies, Emily completed co-op work experiences which exposed her to a variety of industries such as sport, tourism, and tech. This led to her career in business law and an interest in working with small businesses and start-ups.
At Western Law, Emily was highly involved with her law school community as a research assistant, a caseworker with the Western Intellectual Property and Innovation Legal Clinic, a Western Law Student Ambassador, Chair of the Merchandise Committee, a member of the Gender and the Law Association, and an Orientation Week leader. She also took pride in acting as a mentor to other law students.
In her free time, Emily enjoys exploring the city, being outdoors and at the lake with her family, going to concerts, and watching hockey.
