Elizabeth Varkovetski

Elizabeth is a recent graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree with distinction.

During her studies, she developed a strong interest in corporate law and was awarded the Iwona Albrecht Family Prize for achieving the highest grade in the Corporate Finance course.

Before pursuing law, Elizabeth completed an Honours degree in Political Science at McGill University. During her undergraduate studies, she served as President of the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children and volunteered with TEDxMcGill, Best Buddies, and various local initiatives in the Montreal community.

At the University of Ottawa, she fostered a strong sense of community by mentoring first-year students, contributing to the Student External Committee, and serving as Vice President of Communications for the International Law Students Association.

Outside of her academic and extracurricular commitments, Elizabeth enjoys writing, discovering new coffee shops, and keeping up her daily streak in The New York Times Wordle.
