Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work as an Associate in our expanding Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group.
As a member of this group, the Associate will work on a broad spectrum of matters including prospectus offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, exchange listings, continuous disclosure matters, shareholder meetings and corporate governance matters.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years post-call experience in a securities and capital markets practice.
- Experience working on a variety of transactions, including public and private M&A, securities offerings, capital markets, and private equity.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships.
