Our mid-sized, full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Toronto is seeking a talented and motivated Condominium Lawyer with 3–4 years of post-call experience to join our growing team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide variety of condominium-related matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing condominium documents, by-laws, and disclosure statements
- Advising developers, property managers, boards of directors, and unit owners
- Handling condominium governance issues, compliance, and dispute resolution
- Representing clients in applications, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation
- Assisting with general real estate, corporate, and regulatory matters affecting condominium clients
About You
We are looking for a lawyer who is:
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Experienced in condominium law and/or real estate law (3–4 years post-call)
- Strong in drafting, advocacy, and client relationship management
- Detail-oriented, business-minded, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal advice
