Emily recently completed her Juris Doctor at Western Law.
Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Commerce (major in Marketing Management) with Distinction from the University of Guelph. Throughout her undergraduate degree, she successfully completed co-op work experiences which exposed her to a variety of roles and industries such as sport, tourism, and tech.
At Western Law, Emily volunteered with the Western Intellectual Property and Innovation Legal Clinic and also worked as a Research Assistant in the area of intellectual property rights. Emily was also involved with her law school community as a Western Law Student Ambassador, Chair of the Merchandise Committee, member of the Gender and the Law Association, an Orientation Week leader, and took pride in acting as an informal mentor to other law students.
In her free time, Emily enjoys being outdoors and at the lake, going to concerts, and watching hockey.
