Bill is a partner with a wide ranging business law practice focusing on corporate/commercial law matters.
Bill’s practice involves matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, shareholder/partnership matters, joint venture transactions, transaction financing, cross border transactions, commercial leasing and licensing and distribution matters. Bill also advises clients on competition law and Investment Canada Act matters. Furthermore, Bill acts as corporate counsel to various private companies in a wide range of industries such as staffing, building products, hospitality, sports, manufacturing and retail. Bill is also co-chair of the Fogler Rubinoff business development committee.
