Kevin Pinkoski is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, securities litigation, class actions, and professional liability.

Kevin has acted for financial service providers, large corporations, financial institutions, and technology companies in complex litigations and class actions. His practice also includes representing a broad range of clients in litigation matters involving trademarks and intellectual property. He has represented doctors and various financial services professionals before tribunals.

During his legal studies at McGill University, Kevin was a research assistant for both McGill’s Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism and projects involving international financial markets. Kevin was the Editorial Chair of Inter Gentes: The McGill Journal of International Law and Legal Pluralism and volunteered with Student Advocacy to represent students in disputes with McGill. He competed in the 2019 Jessup Public International Law Moot and was elected co-President of his cohort in his first year at McGill.

Kevin obtained his juris doctor (JD) and bachelor’s in civil law (BCL) from McGill University in 2020. Prior to studying law, he completed a Master’s in International Relations (MPhil) at Oxford University in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor’s in History and Political Science (BA Honours)  from the University of Alberta, completed in 2013.

Kevin was called to the Québec Bar in 2021 and the Ontario Bar in 2023. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
