Kristine recently completed her second year of law school at the University of Toronto.
Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences with distinction from Western University. During her undergraduate studies, she contributed to an open-source education initiative that aimed at improving public access to information at the intersection of health and law. She also studied healthcare systems and policy in Scandinavia, an experience which sparked her interest in pursuing a legal career.
At the University of Toronto, Kristine served as both a 1L Representative and later as Vice President Sponsorships for the Women and the Law Society. She also worked as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, the faculty’s legal aid clinic, where she represented clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, assisted with matters involving human rights violations, and delivered public legal education sessions to community members.
In her free time, Kristine enjoys exploring new restaurants, exercising, and traveling.
