Ninetta is an Associate in our commercial real estate group, and her practice focuses on commercial lending and real estate transactions across Canada.
She works on mortgage-secured financing for institutional lenders and borrowers, as well as commercial property acquisitions and dispositions involving retail, office, industrial, warehouse, and multi-unit residential property types in Ontario and several other Canadian provinces. Ninetta is involved in all stages of financing and transactional matters and brings a practical, business-minded approach to efficient and effective deal execution.
Ninetta has been part of our firm since 2006 and brings strong transactional experience to the commercial real estate group. Outside of her practice, Ninetta enjoys reading, running, Pilates, and spending time with family and friends.
