Rob is an Associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Group. He maintains a broad corporate and securities practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities regulatory matters. Rob acts for clients in a range of industries, including mining, technology, healthcare, and cannabis.
Prior to joining Fogler, Rubinoff, Rob worked as Legal Counsel for a provincial securities regulator. In that role, he reviewed prospectuses, exempt market financings, continuous disclosure filings, and applications for discretionary relief from securities legislation. While at Western Law, Rob received the highest standing in both Advanced Securities and Advanced Restructuring. As Student Director of the Western Business Law Clinic, he also managed the provision of corporate legal services to emerging and high-growth companies across Southern Ontario.
