Sabrina is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets group at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. With a diverse portfolio covering mining, renewable energy, AR, tech, and pharma, Sabrina adeptly assists companies in navigating their corporate and securities landscape, while exploring the dynamic crossroads of finance and innovation. Sabrina’s expertise extends to guiding companies into the public arena and securing capital through private placements. She is well versed in various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, share purchases and plans of arrangements.
Prior to her current role, Sabrina gained practical experience through summering and articling with the firm. She holds a BA and MA from York University, with a thesis that examined the treatment of Indigenous rights and title claims within the Canadian judicial system.
Beyond the boardroom, Sabrina is not only a culinary enthusiast, fearlessly taking on the challenge of cooking without recipes, but also a keen explorer of local eateries. Alongside her gastronomic pursuits, Sabrina finds solace in the art of pottery, using it as a creative outlet and source of inspiration, and is always on the lookout for new songs to add a rhythmic layer to her eclectic interests.
