Safa Warsi

Safa is an associate in Fogler Rubinoff’s Condominium Law Group. She advises corporations on a wide range of condominium governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.

In addition to her condominium law practice, Safa is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) with expertise in privacy and cybersecurity law.

Prior to joining Fogler Rubinoff, Safa was an associate at a national law firm in Toronto, where she also completed her summer and articling terms. Safa received her J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
