Safa is an Associate in Fogler Rubinoff’s Condominium Law Group. She advises corporations on a wide range of governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Safa’s practice includes preparing and amending governing documents, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing guidance on contractual and transactional issues. She works closely with boards of directors to address operational challenges and regulatory requirements. Safa is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) and continues to develop her knowledge of privacy and data protection law.
Prior to joining Fogler Rubinoff, Safa practised at a national law firm in Toronto, where she also completed her summer and articling terms. Safa received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
