For over 20 years, Justin has practiced as a disputes partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. He maintains a broad litigation, administrative law, and automotive law practice, and is recognized as a leading OMVIC lawyer and automotive regulatory lawyer in Ontario. Justin represents a diverse client base including motor vehicle dealers, automotive manufacturers, dealer groups, salespersons, mechanics, lawyers, cannabis retailers, private career colleges, real estate professionals, and a wide variety of other Ontario licence holders facing regulatory scrutiny.

Justin is one of only a few Ontario lawyers with a specialized focus on dealership law and automotive regulatory matters. His extensive OMVIC experience enables him to assist dealerships, salespersons, and mechanics with all matters involving the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council—from registration and compliance to defending against investigations and prosecutions. Justin also assists cannabis industry clients with AGCO matters, including obtaining and maintaining operator licences, retail store authorizations, and cannabis retail manager licences, and has successfully represented clients before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on some of the first matters heard under the Cannabis Licence Act.
